Pop superstar Taylor Swift is reportedly "comforting" her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, after his team's 40-22 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX.

A source with knowledge of the situation told Page Six that Swift "knows how hard" Kelce "worked all season and was thrilled to be at the Super Bowl to show her support."

“Taylor knows Travis took this loss very hard but she couldn’t be more proud of him regardless of the outcome,” the insider said.

Kelce looked visibly frustrated throughout the game, finishing with four receptions for 39 yards amid speculation about his NFL future.

“Hats off to the Eagles, man,” Kelce said via the Washington Post's Sam Fortier. “They got after us, all three phases.”

“[We] couldn’t get it going offensively,” he added. “I mean they just got after us on all three phases and then on top of that, you know, turnovers, penalties, playing behind the sticks on offense.”

“We just couldn’t find that spark,” Kelce said. “We couldn’t find that momentum.”

Kelce, 35, recently surpassed the 1,000 career receptions plateau and became the Chiefs' all-time leader in touchdown receptions, but has seen his numbers decline, recording 823 yards and three touchdowns, his lowest single-season totals in both categories since becoming a starter in 2014.
